By accessing this website and/or purchasing any product from this store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time; the version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Who runs this store is set out in the legal notice.

All products sold through this store consist of pre-owned, second-hand garments originally manufactured by third-party brands, including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, and other trademark holders. These garments are lawfully acquired and subsequently customized independently through sublimation processes. As such, the items offered for sale are not new unless explicitly stated and may display minor signs of prior wear, washing, storage, or handling. While reasonable inspection is conducted prior to customization and shipment, the inherent nature of second-hand goods means slight imperfections may be present and shall not be considered defects.

This store operates independently and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Nike, Adidas, or any other brand referenced. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. The presence of branded garments does not imply sponsorship or approval. Customization performed on such garments is carried out independently after lawful purchase.

Due to the sublimation and customization process, variations in color saturation, print alignment, image sharpness, fabric response, and overall appearance may occur. Digital mockups and product photographs are representative only and may not reflect the final item with absolute precision. Minor deviations of this kind between product images and delivered goods are normal and are not considered defects.

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, tell us clearly within that period, by email to the address in the legal notice or through the contact form, including your order number. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.

You must send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it. You pay the cost of returning it. We will refund what you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request, for example a piece printed in a color you asked for, or with your Instagram @ added onto it at your request.

Model withdrawal form: “To TWEAKER NATION ([email]): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order number [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

Legal guarantee

All items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law: three years for new items and one year for pre-owned items, from delivery. Signs of prior use that are consistent with an item being pre-owned, and the print variations described above, are not a lack of conformity. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the order.

All original custom designs created and applied by this store are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, resale, modification, or commercial use of such designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data: the owner of this store, as identified in the legal notice.

What we collect and why: when you order, your name, email, phone number and shipping address, to process, ship and support your order and to meet tax and accounting obligations. When you use the contact form, your name, email and message, to reply to you. The legal bases are the performance of your purchase contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering messages.

Who else handles it: Stripe processes payments (we never see or store your card details); Hostinger hosts this website and our email; the shipping carrier receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your order. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR. Personal data is never sold, rented, or traded.

How long we keep it: order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires; contact messages until the conversation is finished.

Cookies and statistics: this website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. Visit statistics are counted without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a copy of it, by emailing us at the address in the legal notice. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. Processing times refer only to preparation and packaging and do not include transit time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery windows are 2–4 weeks within Europe and 3–6 weeks for the rest of the world. They are estimates from third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. The store is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer must cover any additional shipping costs required for reshipment. If an order is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches you, we will send it again or refund you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The store has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict associated costs or delays.
